Please do not send your full birth details, passwords or payment card numbers by email. If your message is about your account, write from the email address you signed in with so we can find it.

What to write about

• Help with the app: signing in, the chat, calls, the daily horoscope or the free calculators.
• Payments and refunds: include the Razorpay payment reference from your receipt.
• Deleting your account or data: write from your sign-in email, or use the delete-account page.
• Corrections: if a page, a calculation or a translation looks wrong, tell us the page address and what you expected.
• Press, partnerships and astrologers who would like to review our content.

Vedic Astro Lab (also written Vedic Astrolab) is run by Vedic Astrolab, Civil Line, Buxar, Bihar 802101, India. Please write by email first: it is the fastest way to reach us, and post is not checked daily.
